I first started working with the Rawtenstall Lucardo franchise helping them with Facebook Ads. This went well so Manchester Lucardo also hired me. I started with Facebook Ads and we saw consistent results, bringing a new revenue stream and source of bookings to the venue. Manchester then asked for further help with all their marketing.
As always I completed a full report to understand all parts of Lucardo's marketing. I came up with three objectives. Social media needed enhancing. This meant working with Lucardo's in house team. The team are lovely and know Lucardo insdie out, so they're perfectly placed to create social media content. We weren't utilising email effectively so this was another channel we decided to work on.
We've also put focus on engaging new audiences and improving off peak bookings. All this is a current work in progress so watch this space!
