Trail Bloom are a very new business, and currently have an expanding, but very small product range. This can make it harder. Customers like choice. But we all start somewhere! As a female mountain biker, I loved the brand and approached them to see if I could get on the team. Thankfully they said yes!!
I started with Facebook ads on a very small budget. The business is bootstrapped meaning they don't have a big marketing budget. Again, we all start some where and a small budget, invested well with consistent returns will grow steadily into a big budget. I like steady growth, it's safe and built on solid foundations, What comes overnight can be taken just as quick!
From Facebook ads, we moved to full marketing management. I'm currently drawing up a report for Trail Bloom. The report examines a lot of aspects. From competitors to what's happening in the world of mountain biking, from their internal culture to the pricing strategy. You name it, I have my marketing beak in it! I make it my business to understand how your business works, and find all the opportunities to help you get what you want - usually more sales!
